2008 Kamptal DAC Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken Panzaun, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Pomaceous fruit and some citrus on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes. Quite full-bodied on the palate, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, creamy, earthy notes, harmonious, fairly lively acidity, light carbon dioxide, good persistence, light mineral notes, not particularly deep, but very well made, light nutty traces, has become more firm in recent months, light bite on a good finish.

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, herbs and spices, light nutty and oaky notes. Creamy on the palate, sweetish, nutty, spicy oak, elegant tart spice, fairly moderate acidity, full-bodied with noticeable alcohol, rather broad, earthy notes, some nougat, not particularly deep, good finish.
