Firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of green bacon, yellow fruit, light herbaceous notes, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, candied nuts, hint of tobacco and earthy notes, some yellow spice, prominent vegetal aromas, slightly perfumded floral traces, elegant acidity, slightly sandy tannins, good substance, full body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, persistent, some depth, slightly rustic style, rather tart spice on a very good finish.
