Translate to English Herber, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler und an Kapern erinnernder, auch ein wenig pfeffriger Duft mit Noten von Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst, Kräuteraromen, ein wenig Senfsaat und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, herbe, recht schmelzige Frucht, etwas Tabak und Pfeffer, erdige Mineralik, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig, mittlere Kraft, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, eine Spur antrocknend, sehr guter, recht saftiger Abgang mit Griff.

Editor note: Prominent mineral and light vegetal notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, earthy and tart herbaceous notes. Full-bodied on the palate, clear, ripe fruit, very elegant spice, prominent earthy and mineral notes, persistent, very elegant acidity, has substance and some depth, complex, sweetish and creamy, excellent balance, very light tannic touch on a very good finish.

Editor note: Fairly closed nose, prominent grapefruit and pomaceous fruit, tart herbs and spices, hint of juniper and prominent black pepper. Juicy and quite firm on the palate, prominent herbaceous notes, some more recognisable black pepper, hint of juniper and some mineral notes, elegant acidity, quite full-bodied and creamy on the finish, hint of wax, good to very good finish.
