Tart, very spicy nose, soup greens and caraway seed, some partly dried apples and citrus fruit. Quite sweet on the palate, more spicy than fruity, mature apple and citrus notes, elegant lively acidity, slightly rough tannins, earthy and mineral notes, full-bodied and creamy, good persistence and has some depth, unusual, slightly rustic style, more fairly sweetish and creamy notes as well as tart spice and some astringent rough tannins on the finish.
