Cool, bright, yeasty and clearly mineral nose with restrained white and yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and white pepper. Ripe, juicy, bright fruit, nutty yeasty tones and distinct minerality, some grip, fine acidity and some melting, fresh vegetal nuances on the palate, slightly warm style, good persistence, good to very good finish
