2019 Leithaberg DAC Blaufränkisch trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, polished, youthful aroma of blackberries and a little blackcurrant with light tobacco, delicately smoky and peppery flavours. Pure, tart, juicy, polished fruit, tobacco and very light chocolate notes, youthful yet fine and crumbly tannins, a little peppery, ethereal spice on the palate, persistent, hint of smoke and tobacco, salt in the background, quite firm structure, certain depth, very good finish with clear, noble juice and fine, tart spice.
