Slightly developed, tart, slightly dried vegetal scent of black and a little red berries with earthy, slightly dried mushroom and hinted bacon notes and smoky-woody notes. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit, smoky and spicy woody notes, some dried mushrooms, earthy and salty minerality, fine sandy pine, has power but no heaviness, toasty and sooty notes, very good finish with tart juice, slightly drying tannin as well as peppery and dried soup herb notes
