Slightly smoky and nutty, pomaceous fruit and yellow fruit on the nose, with a hint of tobacco and root vegetable notes reminiscent of celery. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit, quite lively acidity, slightly smoky barrel notes and root vegetables again, salty hints in the background, some grip, lots of strength and quite powerful alcohol, but also substance, still rather young, hints of white pepper in the background, very good, again a little smoky and nutty finish with ethereal-herbal nuances and a certain alcoholic sharpness.
