2021 Kamptal DAC Ried Heiligenstein Riesling Erste ÖTW Ried trocken Alte Reben, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Quite firm and deep, fresh planty aroma with fine citrus and stone fruit aromas, floral nuances and herbs as well as mineral tones. Clear, relatively cool, distinctly taut fruit, lively acidity and some grip, persistent and dense on the palate, still very slightly smoky-reductive nuances, a hint of pistachio, good depth, intense minerality, has enormous tension, still young, elegant style, long, exceedingly taut, gripping finish, again with cool juice, herbal notes, energy and plenty of minerality. Will mature magnificently.
