Cool and quite deep, polished and deep, bright, a little white-peppery nose with restrained, noble yellow-fruity and quite distinct, fine herbal to herbaceous as well as mineral tones, chanterelles and smoky nuances. Taut, tangy, polished, densely knit, bright fruit, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty notes, white pepper again, still undeveloped, clear, salty and slightly chalky minerality, lasting, good depth, elegant style, very good, cool, fine-juicy, tart finish with bite and plenty of salt.
