Firm, concentrated, multi-layered and deep, smoky, slightly nutty, moderately woody and clearly fine-vegetable aroma with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, some bacon, morels and clear minerality. Ripe, dense, yet restrained, tart-juicy fruit, nutty, smoky, tobacco and herbal aromas, some pepper and bacon, fine, quite lively acidity, persistent, deep and very complex on the palate, intense, salty minerality, tart, ethereal dry herbal notes, has grip, hints of black berry tones in the background, long, firm and deep, tangy, herbal and again extremely mineral finish with pepper and a hint of morels. Needs to mature.
