Tart fruit on the palate, suprisingly cool in view of the high level of alcohol, prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes, fairly prominent earthy as well as chalky and slaty mineral notes, light hint of bacon, floral traces, elegant bite, some grip, fairly light style, still undeveloped, persistent, good depth, very good, firm, tart finish.
