Very firm, deep nose, stil rather closed, vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery and mineral notes, yellow fruit, light dried vegetal aromas. Tart and almost cold firm, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, polished acidity, fine sandy tannins provide grip, concentrated and persistent, prominent peppery notes, algae, touch of dried mushrooms and flowers, recurring intense salty mineral notes, persistent and complex, hint of dark berries, very elegant interwoven spicy traces, reined-in power, deep, complex, long finish.
