Delicately nutty, vegetal and dried floral scent of partly candied yellow fruits with a little yellow spice and frosty tones reminiscent of radish. Quite firm, sweet fruit, vegetal and floral notes, a hint of nuttiness, fine, quite lively acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, again a little yellow spice and certain frost tones, good persistence, very good, again quite firm, only very slightly drying finish.
