2021 Weinviertel Zweigelt trocken "Prestige", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

A little nutty and a hint of dried-vegetable to tobacco aroma of more black than red berries with moderate barrel tones and a hint of leather. Dark fruit with tart earthy and woody notes, slightly dried-vegetable on the palate, some bite and fine sandy, slightly drying tannin, moderate bitterness, salty-mineral hints in the background, good, again quite tart finish.
