2020 Weinviertel Zweigelt trocken Grande Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat nutty aroma of predominantly black berries with cherry notes, some dark spice and moderate, tobacco barrel tones. Dark fruit and spice also in the mouth, some acid bite, present, slightly sandy and a little drying tannin, smoky wood notes, good persistence, a hint of salt, has power and noticeable alcohol, good to very good finish with slight wood bitterness.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
