Clear, polished, fine-vegetal, tart pome fruit scent with herbal, slightly nutty and tobacco aromas, a hint of yeast and mineral tones. Ripe, tart-juicy fruit with nutty, herbal to slightly yeasty aromas, very fine acidity and some tannic grip, very delicate ethereal notes, persistent, mineral, slightly peppery spiciness, very good, firm, tart-juicy and -spicy finish with grip.
