Quite firm, a hint of ethereal scent of rose hips and other red, but also black berries with smoky wood notes, a little sloe, meat juice as well as dried flowers and herbs. Ripe fruit with smoky, dried-vegetable and a little malty tones, some bite, crumbly-sandy tannin, clear, salty minerality, lasting on the palate, very slightly sooty bitter in the background, then also meat juice and mushrooms, a little root vegetables in the background, medium power, bacony and dried-herbal nuances, a hint of iodine, very good finish with a hint of dill.
