Fairly cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and slightly peppery pomaceous fruit nose with a hint of egg white, melon and almonds. Clear, juicy fruit with some sweetish melting, a hint of meadow flowers and hints of pine nuts, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, good persistence, certain depth, slightly smoky and again peppery hints, salty minerality, very good finish with herbal spice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
