Firm, somewhat light floral, nutty and peppery pomaceous and stone fruit nose with fine vegetal and herbal aromas and a hint of crab meat. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with noticeable melting, slightly smoky and hints of vanilla wood notes, a little red berries and some butter, fine acidity, crumbly tannin, dense and persistent, some depth, long pepper in the background, certain plant pungency, very good, firm and juicy finish.
