Fine, vegetal nose with clear, almost cool yellow-fruity aromas, some mussel shells, crab meat, moderate barrel notes and floral traces. Ripe, juicy fruit with some smoke, nutty tones and hints of yellow spice, a little light tobacco on the palate, fine acidity and grip, persistent, medium strength, a hint of nut butter in the background, mineral tones, delicate vegetal flavours, very good, quite juicy and spicy finish, again with grip.
