Slightly nutty pomaceous fruit aroma with citrus and stone fruit nuances, some pepper, herbs, a hint of egg white and vegetal traces. Ripe, somewhat melting, slightly nutty fruit with vegetal hints and a little yellow spice, delicately smoky on the palate, firm structure, salty minerality, some depth, delicate grip, medium strength, fennel and sesame, very good, firm, juicy, mineral and tart-spicy finish.
