2022 Kremstal DAC Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken Urgestein, Löss & Schieferterrassen "Urknall", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm and quite deep, slightly herbal, tobacco and almondy-nutty aroma with yellow-fruity and vegetal flavours as well as some dark wood spice. Ripe, polished, juicy fruit, not completely dry, spice reminiscent of cardamom on the palate, floral and vegetal nuances, some candy, butter in the background, persistent, mineral, smoky wood tones, some depth, very good, slightly warm, juicy, spicy to woody and again somewhat buttery finish.
