Cool, light, somewhat floral, almondy and fresh herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with a hint of yellow spice. Clear, juicy, firm citrus fruit with a hint of roses and peach skin, fine, lively acidity, has some grip, good substance and persistence, salty minerality, some depth, hints of mussel shells, sunflower seeds and peach again, elegant style, very good, finely juicy finish with bite and grip.
