Rather quiet and cool, somewhat floral, herbaceous and finely vegetal nose with yellow and white fruity aromas and a little chamomile. Taut, polished, finely juicy, light-coloured fruit, lively, very fine acidity and delicate grip, a little tarragon and a hint of chamomile on the palate, then parsley root, salty, stony notes in the background, persistent on the palate, has freshness, coolness and bite, very good, quite polished, finely juicy, light-coloured finish.
