Clear, polished citrus and stone fruit nose with fine notes of zest and vegetal nuances as well as increasingly clear minerality with air. Clear, polished, finely juicy, bright fruit, vegetal and yeasty tones, salt and chalky nuances, good persistence, a hint of bacon in the background, some peach skin, elegant and rather cool style, very good, taut, finely juicy and again clearly mineral finish.
