Residual and cool, polished, fine-herbal to herbal and light-floral nose of predominantly light yellow fruits with a hint of root vegetables, exotic fruit notes and blackberry traces. Ripe, juicy, somewhat sweet and melting fruit with very fine acidity and delicate grip, herbal and hints of blackberry notes, also a little gooseberry, persistent, quite distinct, cool minerality, very good, juicy finish with delicate root vegetables and fennel tones, hints of sweetness, but at the same time also tension.
