Cool, firm and deep bouquet with highly refined vegetal and restrained, noble, very bright fruity aromas, spinach and redcurrant leaves, some yeast and distinct minerality. Ripe, firm, again rather bright, very juicy, yet restrained fruit with noble, delicately pungent root vegetable aromas, lively, very fine acidity, some grip, yeasty and smoky traces, clear, salty and slightly reminiscent of dark stone meal minerality, hints of plums in the background, peppery traces, still undeveloped, some melting, very good, juicy and mineral finish, again with noble root vegetable tones.
