Slightly dull, light gold. A tart, yeasty, planty and floral fragrance with tart yellow-fruity and slightly nutty tones and some minerality in the background. Slender, very dry, light fruit, nutty, yeasty and a little floral tones, delicately planty on the palate, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, chalky-mineral tones, delicate enamel, good to very good, nutty and delicately woody finish with grip

Editor note: Slightly murky yellow-straw colour. Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, light yellow spice, light yellow fruit, floral notes. Clear, light-bodied but also firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant yellow spice, yeasty, floral andfresh vegetal note, light chalkyand salty notes in the background, good persistence, moderate acidity, ripe tannins provide elegant grip, cool and lively style, elegant spice on a very good, tart, cool, juicy finish.
