Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almondy and hint of peppery aroma of light yellow fruit with a hint of bacon. Slender, juicy, not quite dry fruit with still yeasty traces, suitable acidity, delicate grip, hints of melon and pine nuts, certain persistence, chalky and salty tones, good finish.
