Fairly clear vegetal nose, reminiscent of freshly mown grass, with citrus and pomaceous fruit notes, hint of smoke and nutty traces. Slender, cool, bright fruit, again grassy-vegetable notes, lively acidity and a hint of carbonic acid, some persistence, very delicate mellowness, light grip, hints of smoke and salt, quite a good finish.
