A somewhat light floral, herbal, and almond scent reminiscent of partly preserved yellow fruits with a hint of dark berries. Rather slender, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of preserved apricots and raspberries, lively acidity, slight carbonation, delicate touch, hinted surimi, and a touch of ginger, salty notes, good to very good finish.
