Still youthful, somewhat nutty, herbaceous and slightly peppery nose, predominantly dark berries and a hint of cherries with a hint of meat juice and hints of tar. Straightforward, slightly warm fruit with black berry, peppery and slightly minty flavours, some nutty and spicy oak notes in the background, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannins, good finish.
