Astringent, somewhat planty to herbaceous and a hint of woody fragrance with light yellow-fruity and slightly mineral notes. Tart, light, quite polished fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, nutty and yeasty aromas, good persistence, has grip, a hint of pepper in the background, some strength, good to very good finish
