Very slightly cloudy, bright yellow. Herbal and yeasty scent with rather light yellow fruit notes, floral nuances, a hint of pepper and some mineral notes in the background. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and quite fresh vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of mature tannins, good persistence, peppery, spicy yellow notes, salty mineral notes in the background, floral notes, good to very good, Tart, still slightly covered finish.
