2023 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK "Kalk & Kreide", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, pure and fresh, polished nose with white and yellow fruity notes, hints of smoke, blackcurrants and fine green-vegetable nuances. Finely juicy, again cool and polished fruit, lively, very fine acidity, good persistence, fresh vegetal nuances, some minerality in the background, elegant style, delicate smoky tones, some depth, very good, quite firm finish with clear juice.
