Firm, deep, extremely fine, somewhat smoky, vegetal to ethereal-herbal, nutty and fine-vegetable nose, yellow fruit with a hint of capers, mussel meat, morels and a hint of dark berries. Polished, taut and very concentrated, tart, juicy, noble fruit with delicately creamy, slightly smoky and nutty wood notes as well as nuances reminiscent of mussel shells, very fine, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent, excellent depth, stony and salty minerality, salt lemon and a hint of Havana tobacco in the background, has power but also finesse, long, animating finish with grip, bite and persistence.
