Cool and quite deep, polished, yeasty and a hint smoky nose with bright yellow fruity aromas and vegetal tones reminiscent of green asparagus as well as a hint of dry herbs. Clear, fine-juicy, polished, fresh light fruit, very fine, lively acidity and noble vegetal tones, persistent on the palate, good depth, a hint of gooseberry and pepper, delicate grip, quite distinct minerality, red berry and melon nuances, still young, very good, firm and polished, quite juicy finish with peppery notes.
