Tart, cool, still rather muted nose, prominent yeasty and light earthy notes, very restrained yellow fruit, light nutty notes, herbs, some green peppers, dried flowers, some black berries, prominent mineral notes. Firm, very juicy fruit on the palate, still totally undeveloped, elegant, lively acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, light nutty and yeasty aromas, herbs and light flowers, persistent and quite concentrated, earthy and salty mineral notes, has bite and grip, slightly creamy, some depth, clear contours, very good juicy and fairly complex finish.
