2015 Süd-Steiermark Berghausen Sauvignon Blanc trocken Ortswein STK, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool nose, till slightly closed, slightly yeasty, green vegetal aromas, elegant yellow fruit and floral notes, very elegant herbaceous aromas, mineral notes in the background. Ripe, but also still closed, firm, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal and prominent nutty and yeasty aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent, has some depth, youthful, integrated tannins, elderberry flowers and other floral notes in the background, salty mineral notes, compact structure, but already shows signs of elegance, some depth, quite complex, green pepper and elegant spicy notes, clear contours, very good long finish.
