Translate to English Sehr feste, herbe und kühle, vielschichtige, intensiv grün-vegetabile Nase mit hefigen und fast kalten erdig-mineralischen Tönen, deutlich Kräutern und leicht ins Exotische gehenden gelbfruchtigen Noten. Ziemlich fest auch im Mund, kaum entwickelt, herb-saftige, kühle, teils exotische Frucht mit hefigen Noten, hellen Nusstönen und intensiver Mineralik, kräuterig und pflanzlich am Gaumen, straffe Säure und noch leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, kompakt und griffig, gute Tiefe, feines Bitter im Hintergrund, florale Spuren, noch gänzlich unnahbar, sehr guter bis langer, griffiger, saftiger und komplexer Abgang. Braucht viel Zeit.
