Deep and extremely complex, yet barely developed, yeasty and herbaceous, also green vegetal scent of green berries, pome fruit, some avocado and paprika with tart spicy tones, with air increasingly floral aromas and intense mineral notes. Concentrated, tart, ripe fruit in the mouth, extremely complex aromas of yeast, dry herbs, pepper, paprika, avocado and elderberry with intense minerality and lively, elegant acidity, a lot of ripe, rough tannins, powerful, deep and dense on the palate, hardly developed , delicate woody spiciness, enormous tension, incredible length. Needs days in the air; Must necessarily mature.
