2019 Leithaberg DAC Ried Steinberg Chardonnay trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, polished, rather tart nose with bright yellow fruity and vegetal notes, hints of smoke, white pepper and delicate, light wood nuances. Somewhat sweet-melting, warm, again light fruit, a little vanilla wood, buttery notes, very fine acidity and delicate grip, some persistence, lots of alcohol, ethereal traces, good, sweet-melting and alcoholic finish with floral and green-vegetal notes.
