Somewhat nutty and moderate spicy oak on the nose, ripe blackberries with a little sour cherry, hint of bacon, wild berries, hint of coffee and floral nuances. Ripe, slightly warm, quite juicy dark fruit with smoky, slightly roasted and nutty wood flavours, dark ethereal spice, a little Mediterranean herbs and coffee, persistent, has power and some depth, a little salt in the background, cigar tobacco and tobacco ash, a hint of bacon, very good, slightly chocolaty finish.
