Firm, vegetal, slightly yeasty, smoky and nutty nose with delicate floral and fine, tart yellow fruity aromas, yellow spice, tobacco and mussel shells. Firm, tart, juicy fruit with smoky, herbal, nutty and peppery flavours, yellow spice, fine, quite lively acidity and noticeable grip, moderate wood spice, persistent and substantial on the palate, bacony tones, minerality, quite clearly blanched almonds, very good, firm and grippy finish with tart spice.
