Fairly firm nose, light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, black berries and a few cherries, hint of licorice, peppery traces, earthy traces, hint of bacon. Clear, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, light spicy oak, touch of cocoa andcoffee notes, fine, youthful tannins, light acid bite, peppery traces, good persistence, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of citrus fruit, very good, firm finish.
