tart, restrained nose, light dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, just a whiff of yellow fruit. Straightforward, slightly creamy, fairly tranquil fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light peppery notes, earthy and salty mineral notes, integrated tannins provide some grip, slightly creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good to very good finish. In much better condition than the first sample, which was clearly not yet at its best.

Relativ saftige Frucht mit vegetabilen und angedeutet nussigen Tönen, feine Säure, etwas Schmelz, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Dill, recht guter, herber Abgang.
