Slightly muted nose, vegetal and light floral notes, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and light peppery traces. Vegetal notes mad some peppery spice on the palate, nutty notes, still has some lactic and volatile notes, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, noticeably sweetish and creamy, noticeable high alcohol, floral traces in the background, touch of caraway seed, good substance, slightly rustic style, some grip, tart and juicy with more warm alcohol on a good to very good finish. Give it some time to mature.
