Herbal, mineral and a little peppery scent with yellow fruity, vegetal and slightly floral aromas. Slightly warm fruit with moderate acidity and some grip of ripe tannin, persistent and melting on the palate, clearly spicy tones and a hint of bacon, smoky and chalky-salty notes, has power, persistent, very good finish with some warmth, delicately sweet melting, but also grip.
