2014 Thermenregion Ried Eichkogel Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat developed aroma of black berries, a little pepper and dried flowers with leathery, earthy and cedary hints. Tart, tightly knit dark fruit, cedar and tobacco wood, a hint of coffee grounds, smoky notes on the palate, hints of salt in the background, present, very slightly drying tannins, noticeable alcohol power, toasty notes, very good, firm, tart finish.
